Never too Late
People with weight issues are very concerned about how their efforts to lose weight can fail terribly. According to Dr Vinay Jadhav these concerns stem from the attitude of people to blame their weight gain on problems which are irrelevant. This can in turn help overweight or obese people to confidently try and lose weight instead of laughing about it or quitting on it.
According to Dr VinayJadhav, a large population of obese people is apprehensive about weight loss because it believes that it cannot sustain the stringent dieting norms or exercise as prescribed. Other reasons like lethargy or blaming things on fate or accepting the way God has made them stop obese people from doing the right thing. Dr VinayJadhav believes that obese people need the right nudge at any given time in their lives to make a difference. He states that losing weight is not as hard as it seems and is based on basic concepts of the physiology of the body.
Dr VinayJadhav, being a fitness coach and obesity expert has seen obesity up and close through his personal experience. He tells that obesity stems from over-feeding, childhood obesity, untimely eating habits and irregular nutrition to the body. He states that once people understand the reasons behind obesity they can have a holistic approach towards losing weight and create a focused solution on the problem.
Dr VinayJadhav worries for people who quit on weight loss because they are too weak and fall to their temptations. He also says that Indian culture believes in treating guests with snacks, no matter at what time, festivities involve consumption of oily foods at ungodly hours and such celebrations lead to weight gain. He keenly states that weight loss has nothing to do with calories as marketed by many diet programs. Calories are a measure of the energy that the body needs to function. This energy can be obtained through fats, carbohydrates or proteins. No matter where it comes from, it is broken down to a simple glucose form and is absorbed by the body. Dr Vinay Jadhav says that it is not necessary that a single food can cause weight loss or weight gain because we have to consider all foods consumed as a source of energy and not a single one.
Dr VinayJadhav urges obese people to come out on the field and consult their doctors for weight loss. He thinks that it is possible for anybody to lose weight if a proper weight management program is to be followed. There is no need to quit on your favourite foods, eat gluten-free or sugar free food or exercise vigorously for that. All one needs to do is chalk out reasons to lose weight, choose a good and successful weight loss program, eat healthy food at the right time and smile a lot.
Dr VinayJadhav has observed that people with the attitude of losing weight are more likely to lose weight than those who stick to a plan because they have to.
